Let's Play Catch Up!

Hey hey girlies, Kristina here! There was a little bit of a hiatus so I thought I’d give a quick recap of events! As you know we are now partnering with Mosaic Aisles to have our product in store for you guys to purchase shortly, with the soft launch happening in July. Keep an eye out on our events page for more info on that! It’s super exciting because we initially attempted to join the previous market center but that door was closed to us which was super disappointing at the time. The new management reached out to us soon after and our goal was within reach once again so now we have an official kiosk space for the coming year! 

So that’s the good news, and the more complex news is that Carly had to get surgery for her foot which is great because she really needed it and it will help her be more healthy and mobile in the future; bad news because she was in a lot of pain and navigating a business with limited movement is stressful! Check out the x-ray below! We couldn’t be more proud of her and I’m blown away by how she’s expertly handling everything! So a lot of the past week was recovering and resting so that we could mentally prepare for the inventory we are currently working on. Today we have been cleaning up all of the handmade ceramics she prepared in advance so they can be glazed and fired shortly. Me and Sierra will be helping to load up the kiln for her in the meantime :) We also learned that for our November market we were able to get an indoor booth which is perfect for the Florida heat. We all know Fall weather doesn’t hit properly until way later, so you guys will be nice and cool when shopping indoors with us! 

Having a business isn’t easy y’all but The Glaze Girlies (LLC 😉) keep it moving anyway because the hard work is worth it! Take that as your reminder that any progress is still progress 😌.
